Sa kaso ng gamot, obligasyon ng seller o tindahan na palitan ang nabiling gamot kung ito ay peke o expired nang mabili.

Ngunit, kung ang gamot ay hindi peke o expired, maaaring tumanggi ang tindahan sa replace o refund at good will na ng tindahan kung sila ay papayag.

Kaya bago bumili:
• Siguraduhing tama ang produktong kukunin.
• I-check ang expiration date.
• Itanong ang return or exchange policy ng tindahan.

Mas pinadali na ang pagkuha ng schedule sa pamamagitan ng Patient Appointment System.

Sa kasalukuyan, nasa pilot phase implementation ang CVMC. Dahil dito, limitado pa muna ang appointment slots at available lamang para sa piling specialty services.
