A patient with a mandibular mass underwent successful hemimandibulectomy with immediate reconstruction using a free fibular graft and titanium reconstruction plates and screws.

The surgical team was headed by ๐——๐—ฟ. ๐— ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ ๐—ง๐—ฎ๐—ป-๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ผ, assisted by ๐——๐—ฟ. ๐—•๐—ฎ๐˜†๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฎ and ๐——๐—ฟ. ๐——๐˜‚๐—ฒ ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜๐—ผ.

Mandibular reconstruction was led by ๐——๐—ฟ. ๐—–๐—ต๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฎ ๐—ก๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐˜€, together with ๐——๐—ฟ. ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฎ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฎ and ๐——๐—ฟ. ๐——๐—ฒ ๐— ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฎ.
