PUBLIC ADVISORY – FAKE / UNAUTHORIZED MEDICAL DOCUMENT
Pilar Medical & Maternity Clinic would like to inform the public that the document circulating/shown below is NOT an authentic medical certificate or ultrasound report issued by our clinic.
Our clinic’s name, letterhead, and other identifying details appear to have been used without our authorization, making the document appear as though it originated from Pilar Medical & Maternity Clinic.
We strongly advise patients, employers, government agencies, and other institutions to verify directly with our clinic if there is any doubt regarding the authenticity of a medical certificate, ultrasound report, or other document bearing our clinic’s name.
We are taking this matter seriously and are documenting the incident for appropriate action.
Please do not use, reproduce, alter, or circulate unauthorized documents bearing the name of Pilar Medical & Maternity Clinic.
