📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

In accordance with the City Government's announcement suspending classes at all levels today, please be advised that the Medical and Dental Examination scheduled for today for BSBA Marketing Management OJT students is also cancelled.

The examination has been rescheduled to Thursday, July 30, 2026.

Please be informed that the Campus Clinic will be CLOSED on Thursday, June 25, 2026. There will be NO TRANSACTIONS on this day as the clinic personnel will be attending the Graduation Ceremony at Ynares Center.

Regular clinic operations and all transactions will resume on Monday, June 29, 2026.

We kindly ask everyone to plan their clinic visits and submission of requirements accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.

PLEASE NOTE that the DEADLINE only applies to CONFIRMATION of your SLOT. There is no need to RUSH your medical requirements. HOWEVER, if you can get things processed or prepared earlier than expected, that is much better.

If you have already uploaded your laboratory results to the portal and their status is still marked as "Pending," that's perfectly fine. I will review and approve them once I have checked the documents or on the day of your scheduled face-to-face health assessment.
