Students participated in Psychosocial Support Activities, enjoyed engaging sports, expressed creativity through art sessions, and danced their hearts out in energetic movement activities — all in support of promoting mental wellness, self-care, and community connection. 🎨🏃‍♀️🕺

Isa pa sa mga ipinagdiwang noong 𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗼 𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘆𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗽𝘀𝘆 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸.

Layunin naman nito na palawakin ang kaalaman ng publiko tungkol sa epilepsy, isang sakit sa utak na nagdudulot ng paulit-ulit na pangingisay at pagbabago sa kilos.

Mahalaga ang tamang kaalaman kung ano ang dapat gawin kapag may seizure ang isang tao — upang maiwasan ang panganib at agad na makapagbigay ng tulong.
