The Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO) San Pablo City conducted a Yaman ng Kalusugan Program (YAKAP) Service Delivery Caravan for 300 graduating students of Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU)–San Pablo City Campus on August 17, 2026.

The activity promoted the YAKAP Program and encouraged students to access primary healthcare services through their selected YAKAP Clinic, Blesces Diagnostic Laboratory, with First Patient Encounter (FPE) scheduled to facilitate their initial consultation.
