Behind the charts and stethoscopes are mentors who steady us, colleagues who walk beside us, and patients who teach us gratitude in its purest form. The miles we walk aren’t just cardio—they’re the rhythm of care, the heartbeat of healing.

🦟 Yellow Fever: One Shot, Lifelong Protection

• Protective antibodies develop within 10 days of vaccination.
• By 30 days post-shot, over 99% of people are fully protected.

👥 Who Needs It
• Travelers and residents in endemic regions (Africa, South America).
• Children ≥9 months can receive the vaccine.
