Delicious Food that Nourishes Your Body. Discover the power of wholesome food that fuels your body, mind, and soul. Belle’s Cuisine: Innovating Healthy Affordable Gourmet Dining
Founded by Chef Ysabelle Viterbo, Belle’s Cuisine began in December 2020 with a focus on vegan meals before expanding to balanced signature meals, low-carb, and keto-friendly options. Prioritizing affordable, sustainable, and locally sourced ingredients from Negros Occidental, the brand redefined healthy and innovative dining. Belle’s Cuisine first opened at 24 Margarita St., Eroreco, featuring an alfresco dining experience, before establishing its flagship store at 17th St. Lacson in 2024. By 2023, it became available on GrabFood and Foodpanda, further growing its reach. The business also specializes in catering, grazing tables, and personalized healthy meals, making it a go-to for curated, wellness-focused dining. Additionally, Belle’s Cuisine supports local businesses, displaying products from Keto Mart alongside Chapes and other artisanal goods. Expanding beyond healthy meals, the brand introduced M.A.X Cookies, named after Chef Ysabelle’s children—Maxine, Axel, and Xander. Originally part of Belle’s Cuisine, M.A.X Cookies became its own brand, allowing more room for innovative sugar-based treats while still being housed at 17th St. Lacson. With a variety of unique flavors, the goal is for the children to take an active role in shaping the brand’s future. With continuous pop-ups, meal plan subscriptions, and a loyalty program, Belle’s Cuisine remains at the forefront of health-conscious and innovative cuisine in the region.
