The Bacolod City Health Office, in partnership with the Negros First Provincial Blood Center (NFPBC), Bacolod City Comprehensive Health Program (BacCHIP), and the Office of the Congressman, invites all Bacolod City College students, faculty, and staff to participate in a ๐๐ค๐ก๐ช๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฎ ๐ฝ๐ก๐ค๐ค๐ ๐ฟ๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐ผ๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐ฎ.

๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ:
Before proceeding to the blood donation area, all interested donors are required to visit the BCC Clinic first for a physical check-up and screening to determine if they are qualified to donate blood.
๐๐ผ๐ป๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:
1. Ages 18 years old and above
2. Male or Female
3. In good health
4. Weighs at least 50 kilograms
5. Must eat light, non-fatty meals 2 hours prior to donation
6. Must have at least 6-8 hours of sleep before donation
7. No alcoholic drinks 12 hours prior to donation
8. No smoking/vaping 3 hours prior to donation
9. Bring PhilHealth ID or any valid Government ID
