Republic Act No. 7883 is a Philippine law known as the “Barangay Health Workers’ Benefits and Incentives Act of 1995.”

RA 7883 aims to:

1. Strengthen primary health care delivery at the barangay level.
2.Motivate and support frontline community health workers.
3.Improve access to basic health services, especially in rural area.

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing Students from Colegio San Agustin - Bacolod currently conducting a research study entitled " Computer Literacy and Level of Performance of Key Responsibilities of Barangay Health Workers in Bacolod City ".

This study aims to determine the relationship between computer literacy and the level of performance of key responsibilities among Barangay Health Workers in Mansilingan, Villamonte and Estefania.
