A simplified guide to the 2026 Childhood Immunization Schedule in the Philippines, based on the updated recommendations from the Philippine Pediatric Society (PPS), the Pediatric Infectious Disease Society of the Philippines (PIDSP), and the Philippine Foundation for Vaccination (PFV).

This schedule outlines the routinely recommended vaccines for infants, children, and adolescents according to age group to help provide protection against vaccine-preventable diseases.

It is important to remember that although many vaccines are available for FREE through health centers under the National Immunization Program (NIP), some recommended vaccines are only available in private clinics. Completing your child’s recommended vaccines on time gives them the best possible protection.

💉 At birth
• BCG
• Hepatitis B (1st dose)

💉 6 weeks, 10 weeks, and 14 weeks old
The ff are usually given as a 3-dose series:
• PENTAvalent / 5-in-1 vaccine (DPT, Hib, Hepatitis B )+ Oral Polio Vaccine (OPV) — usually given in health centers
or
• HEXAvalent / 6-in-1 vaccine (DPT, Hib, Hepatitis B, Inactivated Polio) — commonly given in private clinics
• PCV vaccine — protection against pneumonia, meningitis, sepsis, and ear infections
