Karaniwang nagsisimula kapag bumababa ang lagnat at tumatagal ng 24–48 oras.

Abangan ang:

Matinding sakit ng tiyan
Paulit-ulit na pagsusuka
Pagdurugo
Matinding panghihina o pagkaantok
Hirap sa paghinga
Kaunting pag-ihi

3. 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗣𝗛𝗔𝗦𝗘
Kung ligtas na nalampasan ang critical phase:

Bumabalik ang gana at lakas
Dumadami ang pag-ihi
Gumaganda ang pakiramdam
Unti-unting bumabawi ang blood counts

Kung may pinaghihinalaang dengue, magpatingin agad sa healthcare professional. Kung may warning signs, dalhin agad sa emergency room.

Our vaccinated babies 💉

👶🏻 Skye got her 2nd dose of the Rotavirus vaccine! This vaccine is given to protect babies and young children from rotavirus infection, which commonly causes the following: severe diarrhea, vomiting, and dehydration

👶🏻 Aly received her first dose of the Japanese Encephalitis vaccine. This vaccine protects children against Japanese encephalitis, a mosquito-borne viral infection that can cause brain inflammation, seizures, neurological problems.

DOH: PROTEKTAHAN ANG SARILI MULA SA BANTA NG HAZE AT MARUMING HANGIN!

Ayon sa pinakahuling ulat mula sa Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB), kasalukuyang binabantayan ang kalagayan ng hangin dahil sa haze na nakakaapekto sa mga lugar sa National Capital Region (NCR), Central Luzon, CALABARZON, at MIMAROPA.

Ang observed haze ay posibleng sanhi ng usok at transboundary haze mula sa mga sunog sa Kalimantan, Indonesia na nadadala sa ating bansa dahil sa hanging habagat.

Paalala para sa mga pampublikong drayber, delivery riders, street vendors, at field workers na madalas nasa kalsada, sundin ang mga gabay at paalala mula sa DOH ngayong may haze. Tandaan, laging unahing protektahan ang iyong kalusugan!

Vaccines save lives 💉

Our brave babies:
Jhana and Skye got their Flu vaccine, while Ynton got his PCV vaccine 💪🏼

👩🏻‍⚕️ The flu vaccine protects against influenza (flu) and its complications. It is recommended every year because flu viruses change and protection decreases over time.

👩🏻‍⚕️ The PCV (Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine) protects children against infections caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae. It helps prevent serious diseases such as pneumonia, meningitis, and bloodstream infections.
