No chart could ever document the moments that truly changed us.

They were hidden between the steady hands we found in Surgery, the resilience we built in Internal Medicine, the childlike wonder we rediscovered in Pediatrics, the compassion we nurtured in Family Medicine, and the hope we witnessed in OB-GYN.

What we'll remember most, though, won't be the duties or the endorsements—it'll be the people who made every chapter worth living.

There are people you meet because of duty schedules, and then there are people who make every duty worth surviving.

From becoming the “Unang Alays” as first three-person group in cutting departments, to tackle 24-hour shifts in OB-GYN, to surviving General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and ending in Family Medicine, every rotation became another chapter of our story.

Somehow, three people, countless duties, and very little sleep turned into one unforgettable year.

Five rotations. Four personalities. One surviving brain cell.

Started with tiny patients in Pedia. Touched grass in FAMED. Welcomed new life in OB. Held retractors in Surgery. Lost our remaining brain cells in Internal Medicine. We somehow made it through with caffeine, delayed meals, and pure manifestation. The group with the “most-augment” rotation.

To every toxic duty, questionable sleep schedule, post-duty food trips, and "last endorsement na gid" (which was never the last), cheers to Group 2 for surviving internship without completely losing it.

Five rotations. Countless duty hours. Endless endorsements. More coffee than we'd like to admit. Somehow, we made it.

From being the first "alay" in Internal Medicine, chasing tiny victories in Pediatrics, finding our rhythm in Family Medicine (showgirls in December), welcoming new beginnings in OB-GYN, and surviving the organized chaos of Surgery—every rotation left us with stories, lessons, and memories we'll carry long after internship ends.

We may have started as four and finished as three, but every chapter of this journey is still part of our story. Thank you for every shared meal after duty, every "toxic ka naman?”, “okay ka pa da” every pep talk, every laugh that got us through the toxic days, and every reminder that we were never doing this alone.
