A sweet and unforgettable memory for first time parents Mommy K and Daddy L, welcoming their bundle of joy after more than 18 hours of labor.

It was unfortunate that mommy K's bag of waters ruptures only at 2cm dilated, which gave us less waiting time to avoid any complications.

However even after 18 hours of labor, she only progressed to 4cm. Coupled with her continuing increases in blood pressure (mommy has gestational hypertension), we finally decided to do a cesarean section.
