COVID19, IF YOU TEST POSITIVE. WHAT YOU NEED in isolation:
Cel phone and charger
Oximeter
Thermometer
Tylenol or Paracetamol (Do not use Advil or ibuprofen)
Lots of bottled water (two weeks worth)
Crackers, cookies, snacks (two weeks worth)
Vitamin D and C tabs (Vit C-early am empty stomach; Vit D after breakfast)
Your daily maintenance meds
Night light
Oximeter. You need to monitor your oxygen level thru your finger tips. 95 and above is normal. Count to at least 30 sec to get accurate readings. Consistent reading below 90, you need to go to the hospital ASAP.
What to expect on mild symptoms:
REMEMBER, YOU’RE ON YOUR OWN
High fever - chills coming in and out
Fatigue (it takes so much effort to just go to the toilet)
Hot flashes (after Tylenol kicks in)
Nausea/dizziness, fainting
Loss of smell/taste
Brain fog
Ask family member to leave food for you in front of your door.
Usually last 10 to 20 days on mild cases. On the 10th day and you wake up in the morning and you don’t feel feverish, Try not to take Tylenol/Paracetamol and IF you did not get chills/fever after 2 days, it means you are out of isolation or covid is dead. (Take the meds if you still have chills, try daily)
