5 Steps To a Productive Morning
1. A few minutes of stretching time
- Get up and go through a basic stretching routine right on the floor next to your bed and focus breathing spend time talking and praying to God .
2.Reward Yourself With Food
-make a healthy meal, to start your kicking day .
3. Meditate: Take Some Time for Yourself
-spend the remaining 30-60 minutes of morning in a quiet place where you can focus. No interruptions and plan whats it going to be for your schedule and for the following day .
4.Take advantage of your extra time.
-Don't wake up earlier than usual just so you can lounge around and read Facebook updates. Avoid wasting the extra time that you've created in your schedule.
5. Take breaks, including naps. This is one of the secrets,
-Work intently for a defined period, then take a break. Youβll find that this actually increases your concentration and productivity. And if you really want to up your ability to focus, take a quick nap in the middle of the day.
Productivity without healthy relationships is nothing. Success at work without a strong home life is nothing. Let your time be used for great things, but never get too busy making a living that you forget to make a life.
