What lansones can contribute

* Vitamin C – supports antioxidant defenses and immune function.
* Potassium – important for fluid balance, nerves, and muscles.
* Dietary fiber – contributes to bowel regularity and satiety.
* Natural carbohydrates – provide energy, so portion size matters for people with diabetes.

How much is 100 g?

Approximately 8–12 peeled lansones, depending on size. The seeds are not counted as edible weight.

For diabetes: lansones can be included, but a reasonable serving is around ½–1 cup of the edible fruit, preferably as whole fruit rather than juice.

For high uric acid: lansones is not a food that generally needs to be avoided solely because of uric acid; portion control is still appropriate because it contains natural sugars.
