Maraming Pilipino ang may altapresyon pero hindi ito nararamdaman, kaya tinatawag itong “silent killer.”

👉 In this infographic, I simplified the key points from the 2020 Hypertension Guidelines so you can easily understand:

“Doc, hindi naman ako maalat kumain ah…” 🤔

Sigurado ka ba? 😅

Minsan hindi natin napapansin—yung isang pack ng instant noodles o konting patis, halos ubos na agad ang daily sodium limit mo!

💥 Kahit wala kang nararamdaman, puwedeng tumataas na ang blood pressure mo dahil sa sobrang asin.

👉 Tandaan:
✔️ Normal na adult: hanggang 2,000 mg sodium/day
✔️ May high blood: hanggang 1,500 mg/day

❗ Isang instant noodles = halos buong limit mo na!

Hindi kailangan tanggalin ang lasa—kailangan lang bawasan ang alat 😉
