As we conduct our Free Deworming Drive, we are committed to ensuring that every participant receives safe and appropriate care. 🫶

Before deworming, all minors must have a signed parental or legal guardian consent form. This includes a brief health screening questionnaire to identify any medical concerns that may require further assessment or postponement of treatment. Deworming is carried out only after evaluation and under the supervision of our licensed Clinical Pharmacist. 💊✨

Sa kaso ng gamot, obligasyon ng seller o tindahan na palitan ang nabiling gamot kung ito ay peke o expired nang mabili.

Ngunit, kung ang gamot ay hindi peke o expired, maaaring tumanggi ang tindahan sa replace o refund at good will na ng tindahan kung sila ay papayag.

Kaya bago bumili:
• Siguraduhing tama ang produktong kukunin.
• I-check ang expiration date.
• Itanong ang return or exchange policy ng tindahan.
