MAKE A MEAL PLAN
Create a menu of healthy foods that you plan to consume for the week. Take it with you when you grocery or market shop, and only purchase items on the list so you stick to it.

WEIGHT LOSS DO'S:
1. Keep a food diary.
2. Drink plenty of water.
Drink at least 8 glasses per day to stay hydrated, feel full, and increase the rate at which you burn calories. Especially in summer, when we sweat a lot, replace lost fluids by drinking even more. Add variety by adding fruits like lemon to plain water.
