REGISTERED PHARMACIST
Responsibilities:
∙ Dispense prescription medications safely and accurately
∙ Provide medication counseling and pharmaceutical care to patients
∙ Verify prescriptions and ensure proper dosage and drug interactions
∙ Supervise pharmacy staff and daily operations
∙ Maintain compliance with FDA, DOH, and PRC regulations
∙ Manage inventory control and ordering of pharmaceutical products
∙ Ensure proper storage and handling of controlled substances
∙ Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required
∙ Provide health education and consultation to customers
∙ Oversee quality assurance and safety protocols
Qualifications:
∙ Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
∙ Valid PRC License as a Registered Pharmacist (REQUIRED)
∙ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

PHARMACY ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
∙ Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing customer service
∙ Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product displays
∙ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy
∙ Process prescription orders and verify customer information
∙ Provide basic product information to customers
∙ Monitor product expiration dates and proper storage conditions
∙ Assist in daily pharmacy operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
∙ High School Diploma or equivalent (College level or graduate preferred)
∙ Previous experience in retail pharmacy or customer service is an advantage
∙ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∙ Basic computer literacy
∙ Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
∙ Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
MERCHANDISER
Key Responsibilities:
∙ Arrange and display grocery and food products, medicines, and health items attractively
∙ Ensure proper product placement and shelf organization following planogram standards
∙ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasers and suppliers for stock replenishment
∙ Check and rotate products based on expiration dates (FEFO/FIFO)
∙ Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of shelves, displays, and store areas
∙ Set up promotional displays and implement marketing campaigns
∙ Conduct regular stock audits and inventory counts
∙ Ensure proper product labeling and price tagging
∙ Monitor competitor pricing and product offerings
∙ Coordinate with the warehouse for delivery and stock transfers
∙ Assist in receiving and checking deliveries from suppliers
∙ Report damaged, expired, or slow-moving items to management
∙ Provide product information and assistance to customers when needed
Qualifications:
∙ High School Diploma or equivalent (College level or graduate preferred)
∙ Previous experience as a merchandiser in retail, pharmacy, or FMCG is an advantage
∙ Good visual merchandising and organizational skills
∙ Physical stamina (able to stand for long periods and lift items)
∙ Detail-oriented with good inventory management skills
∙ Basic computer literacy
∙ Good communication and coordination skills
∙ Honest, reliable, and hardworking
∙ Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
