Inaanyayahan ang lahat ng nagnanais kumuha ng serbisyo sa ating Rural Health Unit (RHU) na siguraduhing aktibo ang inyong PhilHealth membership upang magamit ang nararapat na benepisyo.

📋 MGA REQUISITES / REQUIREMENTS:

✅PhilHealth Member:
☑️PhilHealth ID o anumang dokumento na nagpapatunay na kayo ay miyembro.

✅Non-PhilHealth Member:
1️⃣Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
2️⃣Barangay Certificate of Indigency
3️⃣DSWD Certification (Financially Incapable / 4Ps Certification)
4️⃣Marriage Certificate/Contract (Photocopy)
5️⃣Birth Certificate ng mga anak na 21 taong gulang pababa (Photocopy)

✅Senior/PWD Non-PhilHealth Member:
☑️Senior Citizen ID (Photocopy)
☑️PWD ID (Photocopy)

Para sa mga hindi pa miyembro o kailangang mag-update, pakidala lamang ang mga kinakailangang dokumento para sa agarang pagproseso.

Please take note of the following schedules and advisories:

🔴 BIRTHING FACILITY: Temporarily CLOSED (August 9-10) Any incoming patients requiring birthing services will be referred directly to Balud Municipal Hospital.

🔴 OUTPATIENT DEPARTMENT (OPD): NO OPD CONSULTATIONS on Monday (August 10, 2026)

due to the launch and Preparations of the Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR SIA).

🟢 RESUMPTION OF OPD/ BIRTHING FACILITY: services will officially resume on Tuesday (August 11, 2026).

As part of the Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR SIA), the Local Government Unit of Balud under the leadership of Hon. Rodolfo O. Estrella, Jr., Municipal Mayor, shares an important message highlighting the vital role of vaccination in protecting our children, families, and communities. 💉🛡️

The Municipality of Balud, through the Municipal Health Office, encourages all parents and guardians to actively support the upcoming barangay-based mass vaccination campaign.

Together, let us ensure every child is protected against measles and rubella. A healthier and safer Balud begins with every vaccinated child.

Residents are advised to coordinate with their respective Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), assigned Barangay Midwives or Nurses, or visit the Balud RHU to secure their patient stubs and obtain additional information about the Health Caravan. Early registration is encouraged to avoid inconvenience and ensure access to desired services.

📌 IMPORTANTENG PAALALA MULA SA RHU-BALUD ANIMAL BITE CENTER📌

📍Waiting for Stock: Naka-order na po ang ating tanggapan at naghihintay na lamang na mai-deliver ang mga bagong bakuna.

📍Abangan ang Update: Huwag mag-alala dahil mag-o-update po kami agad dito sa ating page kapag dumating na ang bagong stock para sa kaalaman ng lahat.

Para sa mga emergency o sariwang kagat ng hayop, mangyari lamang na sumangguni muna sa pinakamalapit na Animal Bite Treatment Center (ABTC) o ospital para sa agarang lunas.
