A 99.035% rating was recorded by the ROTC unit of Nueva Vizcaya State UniversityโBambang Campus during the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) held on April 29, 2026, at the university oval.
The inspection was led by COL Camilo A. Saddam GSC (INF) PA together with the RAATI inspection team, to assess the unitโs readiness, discipline, and training efficiency.
During the evaluation, ROTC cadets underwent a series of practical and theoretical assessments, including map reading, weapons assembly, close order drill, first aid/basic life support (BLS), raid and ambush operations, fancy drill, and a comprehensive written examination.
Additional components such as ceremonial parade, arrival honors, rank inspection, and general administration were also evaluated.
In his opening remarks, Campus Administrator Gerald L. Perez welcomed the inspection team and recognized the efforts of NSTP students, particularly the ROTC cadets.
โMay this activity strengthen our shared vision in hope of producing young leaders who are prepared, responsible and committed to safe-guarding our nation,โ Perez said.
Vice President for Academic Affairs Elma P. Apostol highlighted the importance of teamwork and acknowledged the contributions of the NSTP community, university stakeholders, and parents who attended the event.
As the event concluded, NSTP Coordinator Deomedes Ranjo Jr. extended his gratitude to all contributors, including students, faculty, partner agencies such as MDRRMO and PNP, and the RAATI inspection team.

Agustin (INF) PA, TSg Joe Jerald M. Jacinto (AGS) PA, LTC Carlito M. Miguel GSC PA (RES), MAJ Carl Edwin I. Caรฑizares (INF) PA, SSg Rhenard R. Limon MS (PA), COL Randy L. Pagunuran INF (GSC) PA, and TSg Claro A. Raval (MS) PA.
The RAATI serves as a mechanism to ensure high standards in ROTC administration and military training, contributing to the development of competent reserve forces for national defense.
