𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | 𝗖𝗧𝗘-𝗦𝗖 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟭𝟬 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗔𝗖 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Student leaders and organizations from various colleges gathered at the NVSU-Bambang Training Center on May 15 for the Student Organizations and Leadership Awards Ceremony (SOLAC) 2026, an annual recognition of excellence in student leadership and organizational engagement.

Among the organizations included in this year’s Top 10 Best Student Organizations were the College of Teacher Education–Student Council (CTE-SC), BSIT Assembly, UFMPE, IECEP Student Edition–NVSU Chapter, and ASSETS, together with several other organizations recognized for their initiatives and contributions throughout the academic year.

The ceremony also acknowledged organizations that demonstrated excellence in different fields, including academic enrichment, environmental advocacy, cultural awareness, extension services, project management, and financial practices.

Standing in full readiness during the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) held on April 29, 2026, the NVSU–Bambang Emergency Response Team once again demonstrated their unwavering commitment to service and safety. Together with the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), they provided vital support to the ROTC cadets throughout the activity, ensuring that health services and emergency response measures were always prepared and reliable.

Their presence not only strengthened the overall safety of the event but also reflected the strong partnership between the university and local disaster response units. The NVSU–Bambang Emergency Response Team also played a significant role in guiding and mentoring the ROTC medics during their training, sharing practical knowledge, discipline, and emergency response skills that will prepare them to serve effectively in real-life situations.

Through their dedication, professionalism, and spirit of volunteerism, the NVSU–Bambang Emergency Response Team and the MDRRMO exemplified the true meaning of preparedness and community collaboration, contributing greatly to the successful conduct of RAATI and the continued development of capable and service-oriented ROTC cadets.

Through every drop of sweat shed under the heat of the sun, every early morning formation, every demanding drill, and every challenge faced during training, the ROTC medics stood firm with discipline and courage. Behind their remarkable performance in RAATI lies countless hours of preparation, patience, and determination that shaped them into stronger and more resilient individuals. Every command followed, every step synchronized, and every obstacle overcome reflects the unwavering dedication they carry as cadets.
Their journey was never easy, but their perseverance pushed them beyond limits. In moments of exhaustion, they found strength in one another. In times of doubt, they relied on their shared purpose and commitment to excellence. With the guidance of their officers and the support of their fellow cadets, they proved that true leadership and success are built not only through skill but through unity, trust, and discipline.
More than just a performance, RAATI became a testament to the spirit of camaraderie and brotherhood that binds them together. It showcased how individuals, when united by a common goal, can achieve something truly extraordinary. Each cadet carried not only their own determination but also the pride of the unit they represent.
Today, their achievement stands as a symbol of what hard work, patience, and unity can accomplish. This remarkable performance is not just a victory on the field, it is a reflection of their character, their dedication to service, and their commitment to stand together as one corps, one team, and one family.
To the ROTC cadets and officers, your perseverance, unity, and discipline have turned months of preparation into a moment of pride and excellence. The salute you receive today is not only for your performance, but for the spirit you carry as future leaders and defenders of the nation.🫡

𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦| 𝗡𝗩𝗦𝗨-𝗕𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝟵𝟵.𝟬𝟯𝟱% 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗔𝗔𝗧𝗜 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

A 99.035% rating was recorded by the ROTC unit of Nueva Vizcaya State University–Bambang Campus during the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) held on April 29, 2026, at the university oval.

The inspection was led by COL Camilo A. Saddam GSC (INF) PA together with the RAATI inspection team, to assess the unit’s readiness, discipline, and training efficiency.

During the evaluation, ROTC cadets underwent a series of practical and theoretical assessments, including map reading, weapons assembly, close order drill, first aid/basic life support (BLS), raid and ambush operations, fancy drill, and a comprehensive written examination.

Additional components such as ceremonial parade, arrival honors, rank inspection, and general administration were also evaluated.

In his opening remarks, Campus Administrator Gerald L. Perez welcomed the inspection team and recognized the efforts of NSTP students, particularly the ROTC cadets.

“May this activity strengthen our shared vision in hope of producing young leaders who are prepared, responsible and committed to safe-guarding our nation,” Perez said.

Vice President for Academic Affairs Elma P. Apostol highlighted the importance of teamwork and acknowledged the contributions of the NSTP community, university stakeholders, and parents who attended the event.

As the event concluded, NSTP Coordinator Deomedes Ranjo Jr. extended his gratitude to all contributors, including students, faculty, partner agencies such as MDRRMO and PNP, and the RAATI inspection team.

Cuntapay (INF) PA, SSg Domar Martinez (INF) PA, Cpl Noel Ar**la (INF) PA, Cpl Jaymar M. Miguel (INF) PA, SSg Andro Capuchino (MS) PA, SSg Jeonathan P. Binabice (INF) PA, Cpl Glend Brae M. Agustin (INF) PA, TSg Joe Jerald M. Jacinto (AGS) PA, LTC Carlito M. Miguel GSC PA (RES), MAJ Carl Edwin I. Cañizares (INF) PA, SSg Rhenard R. Limon MS (PA), COL Randy L. Pagunuran INF (GSC) PA, and TSg Claro A. Raval (MS) PA.

The RAATI serves as a mechanism to ensure high standards in ROTC administration and military training, contributing to the development of competent reserve forces for national defense.
