📌 Para sa mga pasyenteng naka-admit o na-confine sa health facility sa Calabarzon (Region IV-A) at nangangailangan ng GL (Guarantee Letter) para sa hospital bill assistance, may shared tip na puwedeng subukan:

Puwedeng magtungo sa:

DOH – Regional Office IV-A (Calabarzon)
🏥 Quirino Memorial Medical Center Compound, Project 4, Quezon City, 1109 Metro Manila

📞 (02) 8249-2000 → sabihan lang na i-transfer kayo sa MAIP (Medical Assistance and Indigent Program).
Base sa shared experience, maayos daw sumagot at mabilis kausap 😄

💡 Shared tip mula sa nakapunta:

🕗 Dumating ng around 8:00 AM → matapos magpasa ng requirements, around 8:30 AM tapos na raw ang submission.
Walang mahabang pila sa ilang cases—parang “pasok, pasa, labas” lang 🙌

💬 “Mas mabilis pa sa pag-update ng hospital bill!” 😆🚗💨

📄 Karaniwang requirements na hinihingi:

1️⃣ Certificate of Indigency
2️⃣ Social Case Study Report
3️⃣ Running Bill (o Final Bill kung discharged na ang pasyente)
4️⃣ Clinical Abstract
5️⃣ Photocopy ng IDs ng pasyente at ng mag-aasikaso
6️⃣ Promissory Note (kung may remaining balance pa sa ospital)

💡 Important tip:
Certified true copy o original documents lang kadalasan ang tinatanggap.
Kapag photocopy lang, baka sabihan ka ng:
“Pwede ba ‘yan sa original universe?” 😀

⏳ Processing time:
Karaniwan 2–3 business days lang. May cases din na partial GL ang ibinibigay depende sa amount ng bill.

📧 Ipapadala ang GL via email → i-print lang then dalhin sa hospital billing/treasury office.

✨ Example experience:
Nagpasa ng Thursday → Monday bago lunch, nasa email na ang GL.
Parang may express lane 🏎️💨

Bago mag-asikaso ng GL, magtanong muna sa hospital Social Services o Billing Office kung anong government-issued GL ang accepted nila (hal. DOH, LGU, PCSO, DSWD).
