🚀 CALL FOR HEALTH INNOVATION CONCEPTS

Got an idea that can improve patient care, hospital systems, or healthcare delivery? Now’s your chance to bring it to life!

The Balaraw Health Innovation Hub is inviting all hospital employees—doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff; Batangas State University students; and Community-based health innovators—to submit their health innovation concepts and take the next step toward real-world impact.

At the BatMC Balaraw H-Hub Reverse Pitch Workshop, clinicians took the mic—sharing real, on-the-ground healthcare challenges and inviting innovators to co-create solutions. Less slides, more conversations. Less theory, more “how do we actually make this work?”

BSU TNEU engineers and tech experts jumped in with insights and practical ideas, bringing new perspective to the pitches.

BATMC’s first time experiencing a reverse pitch—and hopefully not the last. 😉

We are proud to announce the successful inauguration and blessing of the Balaraw Health Innovation Hub held last September 10,2025 at Room 13 of the Old Dormitory Complex in Batangas Medical Center.

This new hub is envisioned to be a space where ideas meet action — fostering health research, collaboration, and innovation to create solutions that improve patient care and community well-being.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our hospital leaders, Dra. Torio, Dra. Villanueva, Dr. Cabungcal, Dr. Atienza and Dr. Zantua, our partners from DOST-PCHRD and Batangas State University TNEU, and all our guests and staff who joined us in this meaningful event.

Together, let us continue to make BatMC not just a center of healing, but also a center of health innovation for Batangueños and the region!
