We’re launching Aerial Hammock Yoga — a new way to move, stretch, play and let go.

For our launch day, we’re also bringing Aerial Hoop for one day only, followed by a deeply restorative Aerial Relaxation + Sound Bath.

Before we gather, we prepare.
Every detail is an offering—from baking banana bread and brewing cacao to arranging the space that welcomes our community.
International Yoga Day reminded us that yoga extends far beyond the mat. It lives in the way we care, the way we connect, and the way we give back.
