The Municipality of Bayog, through the BAYOG RURAL HEALTH UNIT, proudly presents:
🎬 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝗬𝗢𝗨, 𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙: Self-Care Vlog Making Contest for Grade 4–6, Junior High School, and Senior High School Students! 💚
In celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month this October, the Bayog Rural Health Unit invites students to join this exciting Self-Care Vlog Making Contest!
This contest encourages students to creatively share how they care for their mental well-being through a short, meaningful, and inspiring vlog.
✅ Showcase your self-care routines
✅ Inspire others through positive coping strategies
✅ Promote emotional resilience and mental health awareness
📌 WHO CAN JOIN? | GENERAL GUIDELINES
✔️ Open to all Grade 4–6, Junior High School, and Senior High School students residing in the Municipality of Bayog.
✔️ Participants must be currently enrolled in any public or private school within the Municipality of Bayog.
✔️ Entries may be submitted individually or as a group.
✔️ Each participant may submit only one (1) entry.
🏫 Schools are encouraged to support and encourage their students to participate.
⚙️ MECHANICS
✔️ All entries will be uploaded and posted on the Bayog RHU page.
✔️ All submitted entries must be original, and each participant may submit only one (1) entry.
✔️ The video must have a minimum length of 5 minutes and a maximum length of 10 minutes, including credits.
✔️ Each entry must focus on the current Mental Health theme of the contest.
✔️ The vlog must highlight at least one (1) of the following thematic messages:
▶️ Practice self-care activities in your daily life.
▶️ Demonstrate peer support practices.
▶️ Demonstrate improved health-seeking behavior when it comes to mental health.
✔️ Vlogs must be in landscape orientation and submitted in the highest quality possible, either 1080p (1920 × 1080) or 720p (1280 × 720).
✔️ The language used in the vlog must be appropriate for all ages. Entries containing foul or offensive language will be disqualified.
✔️ All images, audio, music, and references used in the vlog must be properly credited to their original owners.
✔️ All entries must begin with a 5-second full-screen title page containing the required entry information.
