We are looking for more teammates to co-author with us.

We currently have two team members and are seeking 2–3 more teammates to complete the group.

We are prioritizing a project aimed at enhancing patient safety through patient-centered communication training. This initiative seeks to improve how our clinicians and staff communicate with patients, empower patients to participate in their care, and reduce safety risks in a high-volume setting.

Note: To protect privacy and maintain a broad audience, we’re sharing a general overview of the project goals and context rather than technical details of specific tests or interventions.

Why this matters
Effective communication is foundational to patient safety.
In busy care environments, clear, validated communication helps ensure patients understand their diagnoses, treatments, and self-management steps.
The project will leverage evidence-based strategies to strengthen interactions between patients and care teams.

What to expect
Regular updates on milestones and outcomes (in general terms).
Opportunities to engage with the project, provide feedback, and learn about patient-centered communication concepts, and publish the paper with you as co-authors.
A timeline and enrollment details for team members when available.
