Good day! The Bilar Primary Care Facility is now transitioning to the PhilHealth Konsulta (Yakap) system. Bilar Primary Care Facility is officially a Yakap Facility and open for registration of PhilHealth members and their dependents.

This new system aims to provide better, organized, and continuous health services for our patients.

โ€ข Staff will ask for:
โ€ข PhilHealth ID or MDR
โ€ข National ID or any valid ID

3๏ธโƒฃ Facility Registration

โ€ข Staff will check if you are already registered with a Konsulta/Yakap Facility.

If NOT registered:
You will be registered to Bilar Primary Care Facility.

The health worker will then:

This verifies the liveness of the patient and confirms that the person seeking care is the actual PhilHealth member/dependent.

What: MOBILE BLOOD DONATION
When: FEBRUARY 18, 2026 (Wednesday)
@ 8AM to 12Nn
Where: Bilar Gym

To the DONORS;

1. Keep hydrated. - Blood Donors including personnel facilitating the MBD shall maintain proper hydration.

2. Wear appropriate clothing. - Everyone is encouraged to dress in lightweight, loose-fitting clothing to stay cool and comfortable during blood donation.

5. Post-donation Care- Donors are encouraged to follow post-donation instructions such as proper rest and hydration. More so, be aware of signs of heat-
related illnesses or symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, headache or excessive sweating. Seek medical attention promptly.

Following these guidelines can help minimize the risk of heat-related side-effects and ensure a safe and successful blood donation experience.
