Welcome to Kooks’ Korner — where we cook, learn, experiment, and occasionally laugh at our own flops. We’re a family of 4 making up our small but mighty kitchen team, figuring things out together. Some days it’s low-carb bread that actually rises. Other days it’s about supporting a body with Type 1 diabetes, managing hormonal changes, or navigating food sensitivities. All of it is real. Because we’re:

– Homekooks (emphasis on home)
– Newbies, like kooks in the surf lineup
– And always faking it till we make it — together

This isn’t polished content. It’s the stuff we’re truly testing, tweaking, and learning from. What works for our family, our guests, and our life by the sea in Botolan. We’re bringing Paraliwa - The Famous Iced Batirol in Liwliwa, Meraki Garden Cafe, Get Lost, The Gram Coffee, and Kooks’ Korner together for two days of good food, cold drinks, and catching up with people outside your screen.

There's something for the hungry, something for the thirsty, and something to keep the kids entertained while the grown-ups finish a conversation for once. 😂

The steak on your plate tonight started its journey this morning. From sous-vide baths to hand-selected hardwood coals, we can’t and won’t do fast food — it’s patience, precision, and live fire.. We prep exact portions for every single guest so nothing is rushed and zero flavor is lost.

That’s why seats are by advance reservation only. You’re not just ordering a meal, you’re booking a Sous’d & Fired experience at Get Lost x Kooks’ Korner.

Not in the mood for beef? How about a thick, juicy lamb leg steak? 🐑

Three ways to enjoy it:

⓵ 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙨’𝙙 & 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙧 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙗: Watch out for our weekly schedule and menu to join our communal dining nights. Main dishes are precision sous-vided for maximum tenderness, then hard-seared over live fire to render every bit of flavor.

② 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙥 𝘽𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨: Bringing the crew? Lock in the entire space exclusively for your group (minimum 8 pax, maximum 16 pax). Option to move to the beachfront for a sunset session if weather is suitable for al fresco dining. Take advantage of these perks while we’re in our soft opening stage as guidelines may shift when we fully launch!

③ 𝙋𝙧𝙚-𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙍𝙖𝙬 & 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙯𝙚𝙣: Want to cook it at home? Send us your order and we’ll include it in our next shipment to Zambales.

Not your average grocery store sausage. 🤙🏽

Our sausages are naturally cured with zero shortcuts — no artificial fillers, no mystery junk.

Case in point: our Hungarian Sausage is rich, smoky, and packed with so much flavor. We paired it here with our homekooked low-carb bread transformed into a golden, fluffy French toast. It’s proof that eating clean doesn’t mean depriving yourself of a really good meal.

Two ways to get it:

⓵ We’re serving our sausages with our Wagyu Bavette steak this coming Saturday during our Sous’d & Fired session. Book a seat, we don’t entertain walk-ins!

② Order via DM and pick it up at Get Lost. Sausage prices start at Php 150/pack and the low carb bread is Php 450/loaf.
