Ang PuroKalusugan ay isa sa mga bagong estratehiya ng Department of Health na naglalayong mas mapalapit ang serbisyong pangkalusugan sa bawat komunidad at pamilya.

Taos-puso po kaming nagpapasalamat sa lahat ng nakiisa, dumalo, at naging bahagi ng matagumpay na paglulunsad na itoโ€”sa ating mga barangay officials, health workers, SK federation, volunteers, at mga mamamayan ng Barangay Tubtub. PuroKalusugan was successfully conducted at Sitio Tagpait, Barangay Samariniana on May 19, 2026, bringing basic healthcare services closer to the community. The activity became possible through the collective efforts of healthcare workers, BHWs, volunteers, and community partners who worked together in promoting a healthier and safer community. Through accessible healthcare services and health education, the event served many individuals and families with compassion, care, and commitment to public service. Isinagawa ang paglulunsad ng PuroKalusugan sa Barangay Pangobilian, Sito Mati, noong Abril 28, 2026 na dinaluhan ng kabuuang 49 na kalahok, kung saan 20 ay mula sa ating mga kapatid na Indigenous Peoples (IP) community.

Layunin ng PuroKalusugan na maabot ang mga liblib at malalayong lugar upang maihatid ang serbisyong medikal na nararapat para sa bawat miyembro ng komunidad. Sa pamamagitan ng programang ito, mas napapalapit ang serbisyong pangkalusugan sa mga nangangailangan, lalo na sa mga lugar na hirap maabot ng regular na serbisyong medikal.

Noong April 21, 2026, matagumpay na isinagawa ang Orientation ng PuroKalusugan Job Guide para sa ating mga masisipag na Barangay Health Workers (BHW) ng Brookes Point, Palawan sa Livelihood Center ng Brgy. Pangobilian.

Layunin ng aktibidad na ito na higit pang patibayin at palawakin ang kaalaman at kakayahan ng ating mga BHW hinggil sa 8-Point Agenda ng Department of Healthโ€”upang mas mapabuti ang serbisyong pangkalusugan sa komunidad.

Ang PuroKalusugan ay isa sa mga programa ng Kagawaran ng Kalusugan na naglalayong ilapit ang mga serbisyong medikal sa mga mamamayan, lalo na sa mga purok at lugar na malayo sa kabihasnanโ€”isang hakbang tungo sa mas inklusibo at abot-kayang serbisyong pangkalusugan para sa lahat.
