The University Dentist will be visiting the campus to provide dental consultations and check-ups. All students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to avail of this service.

#𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗦𝗨𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 | 𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦'𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯.

With the onset of the summer season, the Health Services Unit issues this Summer Health Awareness Advisory to remind the BulSU community of the increased risk of common illnesses such as cough and colds, measles, chickenpox, diarrhea, cholera, dengue, and bacterial conjunctivitis (sore eyes). Elevated temperatures may contribute and accelerate the spread of infections due to dehydration, unsafe food or water, and mosquito proliferation.

Members of the BulSU community are advised to monitor the following symptoms:
• Fever
• Cough and colds
• Redness or irritation of the eyes
• Diarrhea or vomiting
• Itchy rashes or blisters
• Body aches and general weakness

To safeguard personal and community health, please observe the following preventive measures:
• Drink adequate amount of clean and safe water
• Ensure food is properly cooked and hygienically prepared
• Eliminate stagnant water to help prevent dengue
• Practice regular and proper handwashing
• Remain at home when experiencing symptoms
• Keep immunizations up to date

For BulSUans experiencing symptoms or who may be at risk of summer-related illnesses, please coordinate with the Health Services Unit of your respective campus for proper guidance and consultation.
