✅ 8 Key Measures to Follow

1. 🏠 Stay Home When Sick — Fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, or respiratory symptoms → stay home & see a doctor

2. 🧼 Wash Hands Often — 20+ sec with soap/water; use 60%+ alcohol if unavailable

3. 🙏 Respiratory Etiquette — Cover mouth/nose when coughing/sneezing; dispose tissues & wash hands

4. 😷 Wear Mask When Sick — Especially with symptoms, in crowded/poorly ventilated areas

5. 🪟 Good Ventilation — Open windows/doors; hold activities in well-ventilated spaces

6. 🧹 Clean & Disinfect — Regular cleaning of touched surfaces; keep handwashing stations available

7. 💉 Stay Vaccinated — Keep COVID-19 shots & boosters updated, especially high-risk groups

8. 📢 Report Illness — Notify adviser/clinic of confirmed COVID-19 or respiratory clusters

Today, we honor and celebrate all the incredible fathers and father figures whose faith, strength, and steadfast love reflect the heart of God. As they lead their families with courage and grace, they continually strive to follow Christ’s example—guiding and protecting those entrusted to their care.

On this special day, we also give thanks to the Lord, who empowers fathers to remain strong in every season. Through His presence and faithfulness, fathers are reminded that they never walk alone as they shape the lives of those around them.
