From the excitement of meeting new friends 🤗, the laughter during activities 😂, the challenges that tested teamwork 💪, to the meaningful lessons that touched the heart 🥹—the Youth Volunteer Formation Course was truly a journey to remember!

Every smile, every helping hand, and every lesson learned brought our young volunteers closer to becoming compassionate, responsible, and committed humanitarian volunteers. ❤️‍🩹

Philippine Red Cross Agusan del Norte-Butuan City Chapter Red Cross Youth welcomes its newest members from the Kitcharao National High School Cross Red Cross Youth Council through the Youth Volunteer Orientation Module (YVOM)!

The orientation introduced our young volunteers to the values of humanitarian service, volunteerism, leadership, and compassion—empowering them to be prepared, responsible, and active in serving their school and community.

The Philippine Red Cross – Agusan del Norte–Butuan City Chapter successfully conducted the Youth Volunteer Orientation Module (YVOM) for the FSUU College Red Cross Youth (RCY) Council.

The orientation welcomed new volunteers and introduced them to the values of humanity, volunteerism, leadership, and service.

Being an RCY volunteer is more than being a first aider—it is about being a young humanitarian ready to learn, serve, and make a difference.

As we welcome a new month, let us continue strengthening our commitment to our community through life-saving initiatives, and one of the simplest yet most meaningful ways to serve is by donating blood.

We are inviting all Blood Donors—our Life Savers—to join us in the 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 “𝗗𝘂𝗴𝗼 𝗠𝗼, 𝗕𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆 𝗞𝗼” on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆), during mall hours at 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗻.

This District-wide Rotary Day of Service Activity will be locally conducted in Areas 3E & 3F, 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗻, co-hosted by the Rotary Club of Downtown Butuan, and participated in by all Rotary Clubs in Areas 3E & 3F, together with the Rotaract and Interact Clubs of Agusan del Norte.

Congratulations to Brgy. Anticala for becoming a CPR-Ready Community! Through the united efforts of its barangay workforce, health center personnel, schools and students, the community is now better prepared to respond when emergencies strike.

The FSUU Morelos Red Cross Youth Council successfully conducted its Youth Volunteer Orientation Module (YVOM) on August 1, 2026, at the Red Cross Youth Development Training Center.

The orientation served as the first step in empowering new volunteers by introducing them to the ideals, principles, and humanitarian mission of the Philippine Red Cross. Through engaging discussions and interactive activities, participants gained a deeper understanding of volunteerism, leadership, and the vital role of Red Cross Youth in building safer, healthier, and more resilient communities.

Congratulations to all participants for taking the first step in your humanitarian journey.
