To our Eleve Health and Wellness Center community:

We know many of you have heard about the current challenges in the ARV supply across the Philippines, and it's understandable to feel worried.

We want to reassure everyone that Eleve Health and Wellness Center can still dispense 2–3 bottles of ARV medications to eligible clients, depending on your treatment schedule and available stock. Our team continues to work closely with our partners to ensure that treatment remains uninterrupted as much as possible.

Your health remains our priority. If you have concerns about your refill schedule or medication supply, please reach out to our team, especially to your Case Managers. We're here to support you every step of the way.

Together, we'll get through this. Keep taking your treatment, keep showing up for yourself, and know that your community is with you.

Elevé Health and Wellness Center recently conducted a meaningful benchmarking activity at ZZ Health and Wellness Center.

At Elevé, we are committed to continuously elevating the quality of our services. This benchmarking initiative allows us to learn from best practices, strengthen our systems, and explore innovative approaches that can further improve the care we provide. It is part of our ongoing effort to ensure that our programs remain responsive, effective, and centered on the needs of the communities we serve.

More importantly, this activity supports our goal of enhancing community centers across the Caraga Region, helping them become more accessible, efficient, and capable of delivering quality health and wellness services.

Benchmarking is more than just observation, it is a pathway to growth, collaboration, and excellence. Through this experience, we are inspired to adapt, innovate, and continuously improve for the benefit of every individual and community we reach.

We extend our sincere gratitude to ZZ Health and Wellness Clinic for the warm welcome and for sharing valuable insights with us.

We also thank Amoma Caraga Inc. for also giving us insight during the benchmarking and their continued support to make every HIV Treatment Hub in Caraga a patient-centered facilities.

Yesterday, ELEVÉ Health and Wellness Center concluded our Case Management Conference and Monthly Report Meeting for February 2026.

We believe that continuous improvement leads to better patient outcomes. These sessions allow our dedicated team to:
1. Review patient progress and optimize care plans,
2. Discuss complex cases to ensure a holistic approach to healing
3. Analyse monthly data to further improve our services.
