✅ Ang pagkain ng highly processed foods ay nag dudulot ng “𝐩𝐫𝐨-𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲” state sa katawan o mas mabilis mamaga o mag pantal ang pasyente.
