Flex ko lang ang pasyente ko na si Mr. Romeo Gonzaga; everyday he makes it a point to walk for at least 30mins, cut down on meat and minimize sweets! Since March from 86kgs down to 78. He feels stronger more than before and he says his BIG WHY is his apo na maliit pa that is why he decided to get fit and healthy 😍. His HBA1C before was 9.2 down to 7.10 kaya naman bawas na rin ang gamot nya 👍🫰. Keep it up po.
