Flex ko lang ang patient ko na si Mr. Yuri Dichosa, who suffered a stroke last February 2026, with slurred speech and left-sided body weakness. From 91 kg, he is now down to 78 kg.

As his doctor, seeing his discipline, consistency, and determination throughout his recovery journey has been truly inspiring. Aside from taking his medications, he walks and exercises daily and follows a mostly plant-based diet.
