New year is one of the most transformative times in our mental wellbeing calendar.
If you're putting pressure on yourself to achieve a lot in the coming year, take a step back and think about all you've already achieved. 💗
Try to set realistic goals -- remember, you don't have to become an expert in something over night, or transform into a completely new person. There's no rush!
And in fact, taking your time with things and setting reasonable small goals makes your resolutions much more likely to come to fruition.
