Cagayan de Oro City, City Social Welfare and Development Office conducted a Technical Orientation on Internal Assessment and Recognition for Child Development Centers participated by the Punong Barangays, Barangay Kagawads, CDC Teachers, BNS's, BHW's and Parent representatives for the Barangay's including San Simon, Pagatpat, Canitoan, Kauswagan, Bayabas, Bonbon, Iponan, Patag and Baikingon last May 18, 2026 at Chronin Hall, St. Agustine Cathedral.

Last April 10, 2026 was the schedule of the distribution of NCD Medicines for each beneficiaries conducted by the San Simon health center staff and personnel headed by Mr. Paolo C. Araneta, NDP and Ms. Jade Ann Lumbre, Nursing Attendant assisted by the BHW's and BNS's. It was held at San Simon covered court during the Senior Citizen's monthly meeting.
