My weight loss journey was not that easy. I am the type of person who has a sweet tooth and will snack on chips, cookies, ice creams, chocolates and other sweets in between meals. It was very hard for me to stay away from binging on junk foods.
I am also the type of person who does not exercise and would rather sit on the couch or lay on bed watching TV or browsing celphone.
As a casino dealer who works on graveyard shift, the only thing that would keep me awake is eating every time I take my 30min break and we usually have like 4 or more breaks on a shift.
I wanted that routine to stop because I easily gain weight and very hard to lose those extra pounds.
When I joined Agara Life on December 3, 2025, I did not immediately try the coffee because I'm not really a coffee drinker more of a matcha lover. I get acidity from drinking coffee.
Seeing the results from different people who tried Agara coffee, I told myself, why don't I give it a try? I really wanted to go back to my ideal weight.
I tried the coffee and followed the instructions carefully, started with half a scoop to let my body adjust to the caffeine. It was a positive effect, I did not have the acidity as long as I take it with food. I tried a full scoop, still my body was reacting positively but I did not see any weight loss result until after a month. Started with just losing a pound every month.
I still did not manage to go on a diet or start doing exercise. But drinking the coffee consistently and now that MatchAgara is available, I switch to daily dose of matcha. I can finally say that my body, even if I eat a lot is consistently shedding pounds.
I never believed in the product at first but I tried it, I liked it and I got the result that I wanted.
Don't easily give up if it does not work the first time.
Consistency is really the key on achieving something. š
