🌡️ HIGH HEAT INDEX: STAY ALERT!

With the heat index rising, let’s not take the heat lightly. Too much heat and humidity can put us at risk for heat exhaustion and heat stroke, especially when we stay outdoors for too long.

💧 Stay hydrated.
🧢 Wear light and breathable clothing.
🌤️ Avoid prolonged exposure to the heat, especially during peak hours.
🌀 Stay in cool or shaded areas whenever possible.
⚠️ Know the signs and act early.

Remember: Heat-related illnesses are preventable. Listen to your body, take breaks, and look out for one another.
