I hate posting negativity but some people and situation deserves mentioning.

I rarely do teleconsult nowadays since I prefer face to face consult. My online page is still active and usually I direct those who messages me to my physical clinics. However, I still consider some patient’s request for teleconsult especially if it is urgent, I’m aware of inaccesibility to an ENT doctor and for simple cases that doesn’t need much examination. I have very lenient terms and conditions with teleconsult just to be fair for patients and avoid comments like mukhang pera lang mga doctor or pera pera lang ang gusto.

It is saddening that some people who consults are just rude, shameless and abusive of online benefits and kindness. There are people who have the audacity to block you immediately after doing consult and when you tell them it is time to settle.

With this kind of situation, I just let it go and let karma take over. It is very tedious to run after these people. Just a reminder for these people, you can block, deactivate, seen zone or ignore our messages but you know what you’ve done. And when karma hits you back, it will hit you differently. It may not affect you but instead take it against your family or loved ones, so beware.

This message is also for online scammers. I know I may get mix opinions with this post. Some people might say, malaki naman kinikita nyan kasi doctor yan. We may be comfortaboe than others but, I want people to know that we, doctors, have what we have now because of hard work so be fair with us. Lahat tayo nagtatrabaho para mabuhay.

Bakit po kaya sa mga nagtatanong ng schedule or availability ng doctor… pagbinigyan kayo ng schedule or clinic time, magtatanong pa din yung preferred time or day nyo.

Hindi lang po ba binabasa ung message na nakalagay ang schedule ng clinic or sadyang gusto lang po maaccommodate kaagad kaya iinsist yung gustong time and day? 🤔🤔🤔

Nakakabahala ang pagdami ng kaso ng LEPTOSPIROSIS 🐁 sa bansa. Napupuno ang mga hospital dahil sa dami ng naaadmit. 😱😱😱

Maiiwasan ito kung…

1. Manatili sa bahay kung umuulan. 🏡
2. Iwasang maglaro sa tubig baha. ☔️
3. Kung ikaw ay lulusong sa baha, siguraduhing uminom ng prophylaxis na gamot na naaayon sa advised ng doctor. 💊
4. Iwasang magtapon ng basura kung saan-saan na magdudulot ng pagbara sa drainage system sa lugar at pagbaha. 😑
5. Kung kayo may masamang nararamdaman pagkatapos ng paglusong sa baha, magpakonsulta kaagad. 🧐

Sa araw na ito binibigyan ng importansya, awareness at kaalaman ang bawat isa tungkol sa mga Cancer na maaring makita sa Tenga, Ilong, Bibig, Lalamunan at Leeg.

Huwag ipagwalang bahala kung meron kayo. Ipakonsulta na sa pinakamalapit na hospital or doctor na ENT specialist upang maassess at maagapan ito.

Mabuti ng malaman kaagad upang maagapan.
