We’re looking for a detail-oriented 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐑 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 to join our team. 🚨

In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate invoicing, monitoring accounts, and ensuring timely collections. You’ll also collaborate with various departments, giving you great exposure to how the business operates while helping improve the efficiency and reliability of our financial processes.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲

• Provide support to the Accounts Receivable Officer by preparing and issuing invoices, delivery receipts, and Statement of Account (SOA) accurately and on time

• This role monitors customer accounts, reconciles payments, coordinates with the Business Development Officers (BDOs), Logistics, and Order Fulfillment Team (OFT) to resolve discrepancies, and ensures prompt collection of outstanding balances

• The AR Associate also maintains systematic filling of invoices and receipts, tracks accounts receivable aging, updates payment postings in QuickBooks Enterprise (QBE), prepares regular reports, supports collection strategies, and collaborates with internal teams to enhance processes and maintain positive customer relationships

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in account receivable, invoicing, or collections

• Experience working in a face-paced environment with high transaction volumes

• Previous experience with QuickBooks Enterprise (QBE) or other accounting software is a plus

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting

• Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to resolve billing or payment issues professionally

• Analytical skills for identifying discrepancies and proposing solutions
