Today we celebrate another year of service of our EZ Animal Bite Clinic. But more than celebrating a milestone, we want to share an important reminder that can save lives.

⚠️ Rabies is 100% fatal once symptoms appear.
✅ But it is also 100% preventable with proper and timely Anti-Rabies vaccination.

Every year, many people—especially children—are bitten or scratched by animals. Sadly, some still ignore these injuries, not realizing the danger of rabies.

Huwag pong balewalain ang kagat o kalmot ng hayop.

If you are bitten or scratched by a dog, cat, or any animal:

🧼 Hugasan agad ang sugat gamit ang sabon at dumadaloy na tubig for at least 15 minutes
🏥 Magpatingin agad sa Animal Bite Clinic
💉 Simulan at kumpletuhin ang Anti-Rabies Vaccine

Ang maagang gamutan ay nakakapagligtas ng buhay.

Sa bawat taon ng aming serbisyo, patuloy kaming naninindigan sa aming misyon na magbigay ng tamang gamutan, magpalaganap ng rabies awareness, at protektahan ang ating komunidad.

Maraming salamat sa inyong patuloy na tiwala at suporta sa aming clinic. Sama-sama nating ipalaganap ang kaalaman upang maiwasan ang rabies at makapagligtas ng buhay.

Health Secretary Teodoro Herbosa on Thursday warned the public against rabies vaccines not registered with the Food and Drug Administration and being sold at a very low price.

Herbosa said the public should be wary because these vaccines, if given to those bitten by animal with rabies, would not be effective as these are either fake or have insufficient dose.
