Ang heat stroke ay isang seryosong kondisyon na nangyayari kapag sobrang tumataas ang temperatura ng katawan (karaniwan ay 40°C o mas mataas) dahil sa matinding init o matagal na pagkabilad sa araw. Ito ay isang medical emergency na nangangailangan ng agarang lunas.

Mga Sintomas ng Heat Stroke

* Mataas na temperatura ng katawan
* Mainit, p**a, at tuyong balat (maaaring walang pawis)
* Matinding sakit ng ulo
* Pagkahilo o pagkalito
* Mabilis na tibok ng puso
* Pagduduwal o pagsusuka
* Hirap magsalita o mawalan ng malay
* Pangingisay (seizure)

Unang Lunas

1. Ilipat agad ang tao sa malamig o may lilim na lugar.
2. Tanggalin o luwagan ang makakapal na damit.
3. Palamigin ang katawan gamit ang basang tuwalya, yelo sa leeg, kilikili, at singit, o bentilador.
4. Kung gising at nakakalunok pa, painumin ng malamig na tubig.
5. Tumawag agad ng emerhensiyang medikal o dalhin sa ospital.

Paano Maiiwasan

* Uminom ng maraming tubig.
* Iwasan ang matinding init ng araw, lalo na mula 10 AM–4 PM.
* Magsuot ng magaan at preskong damit.
* Magpahinga sa malamig o may lilim na lugar kapag mainit ang panahon.

Kung may tao na may mga sintomas ng heat stroke, huwag itong balewalain dahil maaari itong magdulot ng pinsala sa utak, mga organo, o maging sanhi ng kamatayan kung hindi agad magagamot.

🔹 Hindi normal na pagdurugo ng ari
🔹 Pagdurugo pagkatapos makipagtalik
🔹 Mabahong o kakaibang discharge mula sa ari
🔹 Pananakit ng balakang o puson
🔹 Pananakit habang nakikipagtalik
🔹 Matagal o sobrang lakas na regla

⚠️ Tandaan: Maaaring walang sintomas sa unang yugto ng cervical cancer kaya mahalaga ang regular check-up at screening.

Magpatingin agad sa health center o doktor kung may nararanasang sintomas. 💜
