Takot magpa tattoo kasi masakit?
Here are some tips for you!

1. 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝. Eat before your session and get enough sleep to power you up for the day.

2. 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Relax your mind & do not overthink. Most often than not, it’s your anxiety telling you that it’s painful even if it’s not.

3. 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠. Regular, deep breathing helps to better tolerate pain.

4. Ask your artist for a 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺! 😉

5. 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤-𝐮𝐩—If you’re going through a break-up and have that heartache feeling, a tattoo can also offer some distraction from the inner pain. Take advantage of the pain.
