CARDIAC ARREST pt. GCS 3, after ACLS 3 rounds of Epi then ROSC, Advance Airway Tracheostomy, A/C on ATV.

Interfacility transfer from Grace Medical to Briginio General hospital, a 5 minute trip.

Pt was transported via manual ventilation by our EMT via BVM w/ o2. Equipment malfunction while on board

Pt was endorsed to the attending physician.
All is good the package was delivered safe and sound.
