Hindi automatic na “masama” ang street food—pero nagiging risky kapag madalas at sobra, lalo na kung:

✅ maalat/processed ang sawsawan

✅ paulit-ulit ang mamantika

✅ kulang ka sa tubig at gulay

✅ halos araw-araw na

Kapag ganito, mas napapagod ang katawan sa pag-handle ng sobrang alat, taba, at processed ingredients—kaya mas okay pa rin na balance ang routine.
