โCerebrovascular Diseases (Stroke): Mainly uncontrolled high blood pressure and clogged arteries that cut off blood to the brain.
โPneumonia: Bacteria, viruses, or fungi itโs often a complication from a cold or flu, especially in those with weaker immune systems.
โDiabetes Mellitus: High sugar/carb intake and obesity (Type 2), or genetics (Type 1), making the body "immune" to insulin.
โHypertensive Diseases: Too much salt, stress, weight gain, and sometimes just getting older or family history.
โChronic Lower Respiratory Disease: Long-term exposure to cigarette smoke (including secondhand) and air pollution or dust.
โRespiratory Tuberculosis (TB): A bacteria spread through the air when someone with the infection coughs or sneezes.
โOther Heart Diseases: Can be caused by infections, birth defects, or the heart simply weakening over time.
