NOTE: Long read but worth reading & very refreshing promises.
The 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒇 𝒃𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒏 𝒃𝒚 𝑮𝒐𝒅 despite others enjoying His blessings is a common spiritual experience.
Several reasons may contribute to this perception:
𝑮𝒐𝒅’𝒔 𝑻𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑰𝒔 𝑫𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑶𝒖𝒓𝒔:
God’s blessings often come according to His perfect timing, which may not align with our expectations.
Patience is required to see His plan unfold.
𝑺𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈:
Sometimes, God allows us to go through periods of waiting or hardship to strengthen our faith, character, and trust in Him.
𝑭𝒐𝒄𝒖𝒔 𝒐𝒏 𝑰𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝑮𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒕𝒉:
Blessings are not only material or visible; God may be working on our inner spiritual growth, which isn’t always immediately apparent.
𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆:
Comparing ourselves to others can distort our perception.
Everyone’s journey and blessings are unique, and God’s plan for each person is different.
𝑼𝒏𝒔𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝑩𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔:
God’s blessings may be present in ways we do not immediately recognize, such as peace, guidance, protection, or opportunities for growth.
𝑭𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕:
Sometimes, feelings of abandonment stem from a lack of faith or trust.
Building a stronger relationship with God involves trusting His love and sovereignty, even when we don’t see immediate results.
𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝑺𝒖𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈:
Difficult times might serve a divine purpose, shaping our character or preparing us for future blessings that are yet to come.

𝑱𝒐𝒃’𝒔 𝑷𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑭𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉:
Job experienced immense suffering and loss, feeling abandoned by God. Despite his pain, he chose to trust God’s sovereignty. In Job 13:15, he declares, "Though he slay me, yet I will hope in him." His story reminds us that faith persists even in suffering.
𝑱𝒐𝒔𝒆𝒑𝒉’𝒔 𝑱𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚:
Joseph was betrayed, enslaved, and imprisoned despite his faithfulness to God. Yet, God used his hardships to position him for a greater purpose—saving many lives during famine (Genesis 37-50). Sometimes, God’s blessings and purpose are fulfilled after a period of waiting.
𝑫𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒅’𝒔 𝑷𝒔𝒂𝒍𝒎𝒔:
David often expressed feelings of abandonment in the Psalms, such as Psalm 13:1-2, but he also reaffirmed his trust in God’s goodness. His example shows that honest prayer and trust can sustain us through difficult times.

𝑷𝒓𝒂𝒚 𝑯𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒍𝒚:
Bring your feelings before God openly. He values your honesty and desires a relationship built on trust, even when you’re struggling to understand His ways.
𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆:
Read stories of perseverance and God’s faithfulness. Passages like Romans 8:28 remind us that “all things work together for good,” even when we don’t see it immediately.
𝑷𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆:
Focus on the blessings you do have—peace, health, relationships, or opportunities for growth. Gratitude shifts perspective and invites God’s presence.
𝑺𝒆𝒆𝒌 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚:
Surround yourself with fellow believers who can encourage you and pray with you. Shared faith can strengthen your trust in God’s plan.
𝑹𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 𝑮𝒐𝒅’𝒔 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒔:
Cling to promises in Scripture about His love, faithfulness, and eternal plan. Hebrews 10:23 encourages us to hold unswervingly to hope.
𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒆 𝑶𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔:
Sometimes, helping others shifts our focus from our own struggles and allows us to see God working through us.
